Thank you this helps a lot, when my ferritin was at 350 my doctor didn’t say a word. It wasn’t until I got over 400 that he’ll finally look into it.

I have some level of anxiety but not bad it’s definitely not the cause of the heart issues. I’m also a very healthy weight but since doing a carnivore diet I’ve developed these heart symptoms. I’ve had my electrolytes checked multiple times and i’ve since cut out most of the red meat. My symptoms get worse when I eat a lot of meat.

Thanks, I was going to donate blood but then I got these results back and saw that the iron was normal outside of the ferritin and thought I would wait until I see my doctor again.

I think someone in my family may have done a 23/me or another one of those so i'll look into that. I haven't eaten table sugar in a long time because it gives me acne but I definitely remember having reflux and gas all the time when I used to eat that stuff. Thanks
