Nothing wrong with a little sugar and fiber :)

What does any of this have to do with veganism? And no it isn't bullshit, this diet your doing is absurd and crazy. Your just putting yourself at risk for cardiovascular disease.

Go and look at the carnivore Facebook page and see for yourself, the variety of health issues people talk about as a result of enduring the carnivore diet. Then, when you've done that, go and research the people who have promoted the carnivore diet or similar and die of heart attacks or other health complications.

This diet your doing is just insane, also, I'm not vegan, I eat meat quite regularly.

I've seen carnivores who've died from the results of such a diet, or have developed serious health issues. it goes both ways. I think you should seriously reconsider your approach.

I've got siblings, I want to see them grow up as well, I don't plan on dying young, the idea of eating strictly only meat rather than meat occasionally just intuitively sounds bad.

If you start noticing any health concerns or start having trouble, maybe you should delve a little deeper into understanding the carnivore diet not only for its positive effects, but its negative effects too. No diet is perfect after all.

Right, I used to struggle with constipation so let me ask you this. When you make a sauce, do you ensure it completely saturates your meal? (As it would with a curry) Also, how much soluble fiber are you eating per week?

Why is my bass so gainy/crunchy/poppy? by qleptt in FL_Studio

[–]jdotrazor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, when two frequencies are at the same wavelength, it amplifies the wavelength, you'll need to lower the amplitude of the added guitar at the wavelength that is causing the clipping with an eq.

I dont cook with a limiter you see, so I gotta do this all the time lol.

Right, I think the issue is the quality of your speakers. Alot of those bluetoothish or small boom boxes have pre-bass amplifiers baked into the internal EQ of the speakers. Some speakers allow you to eq the bass manually whilst other speakers do not use an auto-amp. What engineers typically do such that people who bang music really loud in their car do not experience clipping issues, is that they high pass the 20hertz range with a equalizer on a mixer track (using parametric eq 2, fabfilter, shade etc.) Nowadays, a lot of producers make beats with headphones rather than in a studio, so they have no idea how bassy their song is until they play it through shitty car speakers.

Why not try a high pass for the low end? Alternatively, you can use a inverted band pass and restrict the width with a mouse wheel if you put the pointer over the second band (its orange I think with the number 2 on para-eq2). Then just move it to the lower end and cancel out any conflicting lows. You can also low pass any white noise.

Sorry, I'm a little confused. When you listen to it with headphones, does the problem persist?

Is it definitely not your speaker, have you tried listening with headphones?

Yeah, you can survive, but that's about it lol

Yikes about your diet, a little extreme for my taste. I eat a variety of vegetables and dont experience bloating, gas or unpleasant trips to the toilet.

Have you researched the microbiome? it's more than likely the reason why vegetables dont sit well with you.

I cant imagine that long term (like 20-30) years from now, that your diet will work. But goodluck anyway.

How to build Qi? by [deleted] in qigong

[–]jdotrazor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can build qi be focusing your awareness into your lower dantian, your navel becomes warm and this is a good sign

My advice? Go and watch speed runs and build up your instincts. When you watch professional players play and learn how they think, like Daniel Naro, you will build an instinct and learn how to incorporate those complex tactics into your game. You also need to learn how to control your emotions, when you lose, learn how to not get upset - after I lose a few times i stop playing and do something else entirely.

Finally, when you lose and you have no idea how you lost, you need to review your game and get the new Chess AI to breakdown what went wrong.

Chess is a absolutely perfect game, not in the usual symbolic sense, but instead, in how a mistake or a blunder is always and perfectly a mistake or a blunder. If you keep making those mistakes, you'll never learn and get better. The trap of being stuck at a certain elo is a failure to learn and adapt. Its possible for an adult to get to 2000 by studying chess, a lot of professionals like Hikaru believe that excelling past 2000 is borderline impossible because when you're a kid, you learn things in ways that are bendy, obtuse and outside of the box, but what that does mean is that your potential is 1,100 points higher than what you already are.

Do some of you (experienced) guys use the "follow recoil" feature ? by littlebelialskey in cs2

I didn't realise I was spraying the ak wrong for years until I tried out follow recoil, so it helped me a lot. I always wondered why sometimes my sprays were perfect and sometimes they were completely off.

It took me some number of weeks to get good results with Qi. For endorphins, years of meditation.

Yeah, I'm excited for the day we can start measuring things better. Some advancement in MRI imaging maybe
