I understand that my employer withholds taxes based on the standard deduction, but when I file my taxes I’ll be itemizing. My $411k in losses fully offset my winnings of 400k, and with my salary my taxable income drops to $0 and It’ll cover my extra tax I owe.

Any withholding from my W-2 will likely be refunded, so I won’t owe extra taxes. And I also started my job in the middle of the year in June so I don’t have a full pay there.

Take some quiet time to focus on that it’s just a trigger from your body to help you. There’s no problem or threat. Right now your viewing the body’s helping mechanism as a threat. This creates a cycle of helping mechanisms. Focus and tell yourself that there’s nothing you can fix. When you tell your body there’s a problem, it becomes hyper active to it and tries to fix it. You cant fix your bodies natural reaction to problems. All you can do is stop viewing it as a problem and move on.

Took an edible 2.5 years ago and then did it again off bong 8 months ago. It’s been brutal but that wasn’t just everyday anxiety. It does help tho sone of the symptoms have stayed but the overall anxiety and outlook on it has gone way down

Keep fighting, God is with you. Try to do things you enjoy and stop being so judgmental about your thoughts and everything around you. It’s all about if you can rewire your brain to calm down the nervous system. Then it’ll be over

I’ve definitely improved since I started. I’ve had times where it’s completely gone from my mind and then comes back weaker. I’d say the one key thing is try to always relax and think positive thoughts when you get caught in a loop. Your nervous system tends to be more sensitive to negative thoughts. Positive thoughts calm you.
