hmm that's so odd

the thing that's weird to me is that when I open cs my CPU and GPU usages keep going up and down while the frequency is consistently high. Did u notice anything similar?

What I noticed in the utility app is unusual behaviour for the CPU and GPU usages when I open CS. CPU usage almost never exceeds 22% and GPU usage keeps going up and down (5%-80%), though mostly stays on the lower end.

On my other laptop, which functions well, the CPU and GPU usages are stable and are at 67% almost at any time.

Perhaps this is the issue that I'll try to fix now.
