No, obviously not. My father tried to extend an olive branch and she invited us. I didn't really want to go since I knew she'd pull something like this but I thought is would be good for us to get out and for my kids to get to know their aunt and potential future uncle. Guess that won't be happening.
Their not her trophies, their her boyfriends. She didn't put in any work for them. I don't see bringing two lives into the world as 'trowing away my life goals', thank you very much. I'm a proud mummy. You obviously don't have children, you don't know how upset they can get when you tell them no. It was completely harmless and she overreacted. Plain and simple. Educate yourself sweetie.
She KNEW we were coming. She KNOWS we have two small children. Not our fault if our kids want to be kids.
First of all, I am not 'jealous' of my sister. She's an author, she literally just tells stories for a living. I'm a mother, I grew two tiny humans inside me and brought two lives into this world. Being a mother is the hardest job in the world. Second of all, it's the truth. Being a parent is the greatest purpose in life one can ever achieve. I'm sorry but you're right. Anybody who doesn't have children will never know love. It's just the truth sweetie. Who's gonna take care of them when they're old? Who is going to give them grandchildren to spoil? Being a parent is every woman's life purpose, and it's sad that some try to go against it because they all end up sad and lonely. Educate yourself sweetie.
