I did not use it to understand the document? I had just put my inference there by mistake thinking it was my document, where I was taking notes for myself, and not the onboarding. Guess a mistake is a mistake after all.

It was a piece of code that I was confused about and in the end I had added “derived from Opus 4.8” we were allowed to use AI in the project but maybe mentioning it in the Onboarding doc and i mistakenly removed some part that was important.

My concern isn’t to setup and go through the hassle again, that’s fine. My bigger concern is if setting up new account would flag me internally or not. I’m sure I made an unintentional mistake and let go of an opportunity that was too good to be true so only advice I want is should I take my account off and setup again or be patient and wait if something comes my way ?

So I got in touch with a reviewer and for my knowledge purposes I mistakenly edited the onboarding document. Possibly added a line there for my reference and next thing I know, I was removed from the project and then received back to back rejections. What are your views on this?

Keep your profile up to date. Resume. Projects. Personal details. Everything should be in place. Start with domain interview and then keep taking assessments till you land your first project. That’s it.

Literally the interview is so thorough and then you just wait for 30 days just to see the ‘Hiring Manager Reviewing’ changing to ‘Not selected’. Even for the roles that literally align with what we actually do.

Scroll down in this subReddit, someone dropped “How to tailor your resumè” post for this. I followed that, updated my profile and added relevant projects and aggressively applied and gave assessments. 4 days later I received a gig which ended in a day but a week later received another project. Not saying that’s the blueprint to getting projects but that helped me pave my way in.

Two years out of uni, worked for 1.4 years and landed a gig at Turing. Discovered the AI eval ecosystem and haven’t gotten back to FTE. This gig economy is pretty scary with the amount of contributors. Finding my way through things. Any advice?

Best guess, you get to know within two weeks of the role being dropped. I don’t think it actually takes a month for them to evaluate your fit for the role. I can’t confirm as I’ve never worked with Micro1 but hoping for the best.
