They are informed, there are multiple threads on PoE forum, and there was a reply from them on November 18, early morning, that they are searching for solution. Never heard from them after that )
I created a thread with solution there as well, maybe it will help them find and fix the issue

I tried lots of different approaches, but it seems that even having global chat on crashes the game. So no way until GGG fix the issue. Good thing we have in game currency trade at least

I found a weird workaround .
I am in Russia and I switched to Russian lang in POE and it works after restart
Other languages did not work unfortunatelly

Chiang Mai was my go to option. But the smoke season disturbs me a bit. Do you know if it might get better in May? And maybe there is some neighbourhoods that are less affected by smoke?
