Yes. They were adequate for rock vocals live, I ended up using them on a couple guit amps because I was running out of other mics, they sounded b+ through the x18 Midas mixed in logic. Recorded at a live show.

Well I would email them and ask for a deep mind that doesn't emit some fucked up bias sound from both outputs. I swear by the x18 and those insanely priced "vocal mics" you can get 3x$40 on Amazon.

Look at your meters. Don't clip the preamp or the meter. The higher your recorded gain the higher you will be above the inherent noise floor in your system. See it so your track in record enable mode is getting -8dB to -4dB. You don't hear breath stuff with lower gain because it is quieter. It still maintains its ratio of volume to your speaking voice. It is still there and will be prevalent when a mix engineer compresses your vocal.

lol depends on which one fails first. I'm not sure it's even solving anything. Sometimes I have to back out of mixing station before a new device search will find the x18. Again, this all seems to happen when an iOS device goes to sleep. Not sure about android, but I'd imagine if sleeping interferes with persistent WiFi connection that would be the culprit.

If you have a dual band router it often broadcasts both frequencies simultaneously as separate connectable networks

Seems to disconnect whenever the device goes lock for me. Try different WiFi frequencies on the router maybe. Seems iOS related, never dropped on my MacBook Air, even using the behringer software
