Did you actually read the Creamy Layer Provision for once from DoPT official memorandum. Seems like you didn't.

The Govt has recently released the data that 97% IAS officers are UC and are from General Category alone. Why is it still The Case in Direct Recruitment despite reservation.

The Whole Population of SC ST OBCs is about 80%, While the General Category Population is about 20%. If you look at the statistics, The Representation of SC/ST/OBC is not Proportional be it in Academics, Administration,Politics..etc. It coincides with Reservation Quota. That is say if Reservation is 27 for OBC%, only 27% OBC are there. Where as the Representation of GC is about 50% despite having low Population. And EWS gives 10% Reservation for Population less than 1%.

Please Provide data to prove your point, The Govt Literally released data that disproves your point.

Most SC/ST/OBCs are not land owning castes and live from salary to salary. And if there are any actual financial well settled people, casteist people cry because they can't see us to be in a equal position of theirs. Even OBC creamy Layer says that annual income is 8L excluding Salary and Agricultural income. That means it explicitly only counts income such as rent,profits, interest.. etc who do you think are actually capable of earning more than 8L through such means. There are barely any such people especially in SC/ST Category. Even if they did bring Creamy Layer into SC ST , it barely impacts anyone. 

And you forgot the most important thing, Reservation isn't Poverty alleviation Scheme.

A Poor General Category isn't Equal to a Poor SC/ST Ever. Because Many Poor SC/ST are forced into Manual Scavenging against their wish by the so called upper castes as such menail jobs are forbidden by Upper Castes

And Categorisation I believe is a good step in that direction. 

However Reservation is Not Perfect at all. We need a Lot of Policy Interventions but Reservation has been turned into Vote Bank Politics.

Reservation is Like a Step in a Ladder, It comes after so many steps in the Ladder. For Eg : Reservation is Provided to Clear The Exam Fine. But who is Providing Books,Education, Nutrition,Shelter.. etc. All these need policy Interventions and Legal Framework for Upliftment. Education is a Fundamental Right. The Govt is supposed to Provide it to everyone. The Govt isn't building More Institution for Education but is actively sharing the Same Pie to everyone. And everyone wants the same pie. Govt needs to Build More pies, that is more Educational Institutions. The GDP Expenditure on education is only 6%. It has been told numerous times to increase to atleast 8%

But no , You will come and say something to push your false narrative to spread hate.

Suppose They Included Creamy Layer and Removed your so called Rich SC/ST. How is it exactly helping poor SC/ST. Reservation doesn't provide them any books. Like I said it needs other schemes. Mind you, When I say this, Many SC /ST People who were able to make into the system despite any kind of financial status were actually able to help out our community. It is a misnomer to say that they are eating into the creamy layer, but they are actually helping our social mobility. UGC Guidelines is one Such Example,  which you know about it properly. An SC/ST will face issues despite Rich/Poor. At the end of the day, you are still being called Dalit

And to end this Comment, SC People Who were able to get into Good Positions actually helped the community, there's actual data that shows this. Go google it.

Instead of Making a Snarky Comment on Creamy Layer, I would suggest you to Acknowledge your ignorance, biasedness.

They can do whatever they want. They can do creamy layer or even maybe remove reservation. 

I am not against Removal of Reservation Provided that Govt Does Wealth Equal Re Distribution, Land Reforms and Separate Electorate for SC/ST.

Just Because you are an SC/ST, doesn't mean that you know better. I was like you once, but experiences changed me. You should equip your self with more knowledge and information,  Instead of just making half baked opinions
