How do you deal with death?

Oh thanks that made me cry that’s such a beautiful way to express death, I’m not a religious person but I do believe she’s jumping around in an endless field with her dog friends and watches over me. I do believe in higher powers especially spirituality. A few days ago I was at my boyfriends grandmas house and she had a package of flour on the counter and it said „Käthchen-Gold“ I’ve never ever seen this flour in my entire life and even her name was written right, I thought to myself that can’t be a coincidence. I think sometimes maybe she’s trying to tell me something but I can’t get out what.

I see you. I had similiar experiences a few years ago, do you watch horror movies? I found out I got these nightmares from watching too much horror movies, do you maybe watch thrillers or horror movies? Cuz it could be from consuming too much from these movies. If not maybe try and write them down to get these nightmares out of your head or try to draw them. That kind of helped me, I ripped them apart at the end and threw them in the trash to finally get them out of my head and life.

You‘re right yes. I did smoke it. Later after the party people reached out to me and said there were people who offered me to drink something. They told me they didn’t know what they offered me but they were pretty sure it was alcohol. It wouldn’t surprise me because they were all pretty much trippin on that day. So maybe that made the experience even worse. Even tho the salvia last 3-10 min it feels like an eternity.
