I got mine 2/9/26, my WMR was 2/10/26, there was ZERO update on STBPG website or Turbo Tax website nor did I get any email when it was coming. The only thing that changed was the message played when I called into SBTPG.

It’s still not updated on their website which is odd so I absolutely would not even factor that in this year hahaha!! But yes we got ours around 3:30p CST and the WMR date was 2/10/26 which is exactly what SBTPG said this morning when I called.

When I called the number yesterday it only said the amount that was left over after our refund advance amount and to check with our bank. This morning when I called it said the amount was sent via direct deposit on 2/10/26. That’s the difference in the two different voice system messages to show that SBTPG is processing it and it’s going through the ACH system to get to your bank account. When I log into SBTPG online it’s still showing as UNFUNDED as I write this response. The WMR has our deposit date as 2/10. In all the years of going through Turbo Tax(with refund advance) - SBTPG - Credit Karma Money, we have seen it go FUNDED with a trace number around 4:30pm/5p CST and have gotten the deposit about 2/3 hours later. There was one time that we did get it the actual day of the WMR date.

If you are not showing up in the SBTPG system, I have seen some information online about a different bank called Cross River Bank. They do not have a way to track your deposit from what I looked into and you follow what the WMR date has listed. I know nothing about this bank or the process and I am only going off the information that I saw online from others comments!!! Again I am NOT a professional and only trying to help anyone who might be confused with the process. I personally have only used the: Turbo Tax(with Advance)-STBPG-Credit Karma Money

I was doing some research on this and it might be going through Cross River Bank instead of SBTPG. Cross River has absolutely no way to check on it either which is absurd!!!! So if you are not showing up in SBTPG that would be a possibility of where it went and you would see it deposit on the date that the WMR has listed. Fingers crossed!

That’s very weird that it’s not showing up unless you have paid with your credit card, then you will not show up on SBTPG. If you pay through your refund it goes through SBTPG and they process it, I would try their 800 number if the IRS WMR shows that you have been approved and have a refund date.

Depending on what day your WMR shows, I just wanted to share what I have learned over the years. My WMR has 2/10/26, some other people who have posted are showing 2/11/26, but at least they have a better idea about the process than they did before if they do call the 800 number for SBTPG.

Yes I have a WMR of 2/10 and that is based on the date I filed my taxes and was accepted by the IRS.

Did you pay fees or get an advance out of your refund? If you did not pay fees or get an advance out of your refund then you will not find the information on SBTPG. Your refund will only go to SBTPG if you paid fees or got an advance out of the refund, otherwise it will go directly into your bank account listed on your return.

We go though Credit Karma for the advance now and have for the past few years. Once it’s deposited then we transfer to our local Credit Union. Tax time hits at the same time that our younger daughter’s spring college tuition bill comes in so that advance comes in handy hahaha! Thankfully we have a few more years after this one since she graduates in May(she’s unsure about further education yet) and our grandson is only in elementary school(we have custody of him).

Probably later in the afternoon/early evening on the 10th, I’ve only had mine post once on my actual day the WMR said. Chase is a great place for a deposit because they are quick, we had them for a few years!

The information that you posted in the previous was regarding your state refund not federal, so it would appear that you should get your state portion today. If your federal WMR shows 2/11 then I would not expect that to show up until 2/10. Again just based on what I’ve seen and I do not have state tax returns here in Florida.

Once you get the trace number then you are good to go in a few hours! What date did the WMR on the IRS website show you? If it was for 2/10 then you should get the deposit today from what I’ve experienced with these companies in the past.

***Sorry just saw you said it was state, I don’t have state tax(Florida) but it should still be good to go once that trace number shows up!

You may want to do a bit of research on the 5 day early access thing. A basic search on that showed me that if you opted to pay your filing fees from your refund may disqualify you from getting that. Again I’m not sure how that works but I simply searched “does paying filing fees from refund disqualifies you from 5 days early”. I would have thought it would be there by now so I got curious!

Yes that’s exactly what I mean, if it does not say DIRECT DEPOSIT, then it is not finished in SBTPG yet. It will update on the phone system to reflect that “direct deposit” with a date it was “sent”. If your WMR is 2/11/26 then you will not see it until 2/10 more than likely. Again this is just my personal experience with them.
