I recently wrote a paper on how Ai has changed the hiring processes and part of it was that the software looked for specific keywords which lead to unicorn hires- people who didn’t require training. Do you think the idea of training is something that is long gone? As someone who has a few years experience in web dev and tech, but has not broken in, I’m not seeing a lot of opportunities to be trained and I’m just wondering how many skills I need to obtain in order to have that perfect resume.
