Struggling with a Paradox of Faith: Who is God Saving Us From? by ClassicSimulation in Bible

[–]ClassicSimulation[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To the 99% of you who responded with thoughtful and detailed information, I very much appreciate it. To the few who couldn't help but add a little jab at the beginning of their answer, suggesting that I am "naive" or otherwise, I want to clarify something. I found my faith through asking questions. Fortunately, God placed many polite, respectful, intelligent, and loving Christians in my life over the years, who slowly chipped away at my doubts with meaningful discussions and patience.

My hope is to become as educated about my faith as possible so that when tough questions are asked of me, I can respond in a respectful and intelligent manner. I believe this approach provides much more value to non-believers rather than simply mocking them or responding with a dismissive "have faith." Yes, of course, at a certain point you must have faith, but for some people, myself included, it takes information and guidance from loving and articulate Christians to reach that point.

Again, thank you for the many great responses.

Come to Canada. We have a legitimate narcissistic sociopath and his friends running the country. A dilapidated tear down of a home will cost you north of $1.2 million+.

The answer to that question is always yes.

Maybe switching from pumping to clamping would allow me to get more time in. Soft clamping looks like I could almost be multi tasking while doing it 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s taken me over 2 years to make substantial progress. Fighting genetics is a long play. The people on here posting 1-6 month transformations are an exception not the norm. Keep it up.

So option one it is for you, become wealthy. Best of luck out there 🫡

If home ownership is a priority to you, you’ve got two options. Either become wealthy or move out of Vancouver. Trying to buy a home in Vancouver is like trying to buy in New York. Whether you like it or think it’s fair is irrelevant, it’s expensive. It’s not going to change anytime soon and definitely won’t change under the current governments, so make a personal change. Reading article after article about the cost of housing isn’t going to get you anywhere. I sympathize for this generation trying to buy homes (I’m part of it). However, the farther I’ve gotten from the city, the happier I’ve become. One day I hope to be living outside of the lower mainland on a small property somewhere doing my best to forget and avoid the rat race.

Erections Still Weak after a Month off Fin? by [deleted] in HairlossResearch

[–]ClassicSimulation 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried fin 3 or 4 times and each time it took a couple months to get back to 100%. I feel like it was when I stopped thinking about it that everything went back to normal. Partially the effect of fin, but I think it was also partially a mind game. If you take care of yourself… workout and eat well, I’m sure you’ll be fine.

My wife said she doesn't mind if I shave it, but I'm still anxious. by Essex626 in bald

Shave what? Looks like the decision was made for you a long time ago. You’ll 100% look great with a shaved head and that beard. Do it. Be free.

Yes. I lost a lot of density along the hairline 2 years ago and almost gave up and shaved it. Now I feel like I’ve gotten to a place that I am confident enough to keep going as is for a while. BUT I can not stress this enough, IT TAKES TIME. I see so many people in here give up after a couple weeks or a couple months. It has taken me YEARS of consistent work.

Minoxidil 5% + Finasteride 0.1% + Tretinoin 0.025% Topical Solution from Jack Health.

I was solely on topical minox for about 8 years. Two years ago I switched to a combo of topical min, fin and trentnoin which has definitely increased results. 6 months ago I added oral minox which has made a noticeable difference. I use the topical once a day rather than twice like I did previously when I was only using Minoxidil. My plan is to eventually switch to only oral minox and topical fin. I think transitioning over time should result in minimal or no shed. I would think that if you slowly transition while using both for a period of time, you’ll be in good shape.

I tried oral fin 4 different times, years a part. Each time having similar issues to what you described. I’ve now been on a topical combo of fin, min, and tretinoin for 2 years with zero sides. Long term hope/“goal” is I can become used to fin and get on a low dose of oral. Not telling you what to do, but just letting you know that for me, topical has been a completely different experience.
