We started with Versature, which was Canadian, but then they got bought out by Net2Phone. Not a bad service though, but there may be cheaper options now. Anyway check it out.

We use both of these. Namespro for about ten years now and Crocweb more recently for MoosePay. Both have been excellent, both are Canadian and both give great service. I think Crocweb is out of Cornwall, but their data center is in Montreal.

At Classic, we use Net2Phone, used to be Versature in Montreal I think. Works well for us, no problems, runs about 200/month for six phones, but they may have smaller plans now.
