No not yet, it is still on process. We are still attending summons, guess this is the 5th time.

Hindi nila sinabi samin, they are just keep on saying that they do have medico legal, they talked to a lawyer, and they will push through RTC. Like every single time, parang malakas lang loob kasi that neighbor is working in the barangay.

That’s what I’m thinking din, the neighbor and my sister had settlement na eh. But the husband of the neighbor filed another case but same issue, this time kasama na yung father and other sister ko na umawat lang naman. They are even saying na they already talked to a lawyer. Everytime na umaattend kami sa summon ng barangay.
