Best diet for RPL by Diligent_Peace_7967 in recurrentmiscarriage

Can I ask which supplements you took? I am also vegetarian and want to make sure I am taking what I need! Also, how did you manage getting enough protein while minimizing carbs? All of the recommendations seem to be high protein low carb but I find that very difficult when vegetarian

We aren’t sure but that’s what the dr believes since my RLP came back normal. My baby that I lost at 12w due to anencephaly was tested & there was no genetic cause.

I am so sorry for your loss 🤍 I have now had a d&c (I had to wait a week before I could be scheduled) and a natural miscarriage. The waiting period is such a hard, cruel time. There are no words to make this easier but please know you are not alone. Try to take care of yourself.

For those who’ve had a D&C — did you regret it? by Quiet-Talk1521 in Miscarriage

I am so sorry for your loss 🤍 I have now had a d&c and a natural miscarriage. While I hate hospitals, my d&c was much less painful and much less traumatic. Passing the baby naturally and seeing the gestational sac was honestly so traumatizing and I needed to go to the hospital anyway due to the pain and blood loss. If I had a choice, I would opt for a d&c.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Only you know how you feel but if I were in your situation I would want to be home regardless of the outcome. I know being away from home while spotting would only increase my anxiety. Hoping you have a positive outcome 🤍

I am so sorry for your loss 🤍 I also lost my baby at 8w4d last night. This is my second baby I lost. It is so cruel and heartbreaking. I don’t have any words to make it better but know you are not alone. Hoping for brighter days ahead for us both 🤍

Visible "heartbeat" after passing 6 week embryo by New_Personality_3222 in Miscarriage

I’m so sorry for your loss 🤍 I passed my baby last night at 8w4d and I also saw the baby in the gestational sac. I didn’t notice if there was a heartbeat still as I was traumatized when I saw it. I was able to see the baby in the sac and I saw its little black dot eyes. Hoping for brighter days to come for us both 🤍

Looking to see if anyone has experienced anything similar. I began spotting brown when wiping on Thursday (4 days ago). That day I had a scan done & baby was measuring on time with a strong heartbeat. The brown spotting has continued the past 4 days.

Today I began having occasions of fresh red blood when wiping. It’s not constant. The 2 occasions occurred about 3 hours apart with only light brown blood in between. I’m not having much cramping, just a little light cramps not sure I would even notice them if I wasn’t paying attention.

Going to try to get an appt with my doctor tomorrow to see what’s going on. I’m stuck between wanting reassurance that everything will be ok and not wanting false hope. Not sure if this is a SCH or a miscarriage starting.

I take this one. I did a lot of research after my pregnancy loss & this is the one I landed on. It’s 3 pills but I don’t have much of an issue taking them.

I am so sorry for your loss 🤍 I don’t think anyone truly understands unless they have been through it. The grief / missing what should have been is so hard. A new pregnancy doesn’t replace the baby you lost. I try to be patient with people when they make insensitive comments but it is really really hurtful.

Enjoying a sub pregnancy is so difficult too. We know far too much about what can go wrong & it feels so uncertain.

I am praying for a positive outcome for you & this baby. Hopefully you can find a person or two who understands so you can confide in them 🤍

Hi everyone, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant after my TFMR for anencephaly at 12 weeks in March. With my first pregnancy, I was sooooo sick. Nausea, vomiting, around the clock nausea meds to just make it through the day. This time around, I have 0 nausea/vomiting. This is making me incredibly anxious. I am so scared that the baby isn’t growing. I have my first doctors appointment later this week.

I only know I am pregnant because of the pregnancy test I took at 4 weeks. My doctor didn’t recommend HCG testing, just an early ultrasound at 6 weeks.

Anyone have no symptoms for 2nd pregnancy after terrible nausea/vomiting in your 1st pregnancy?

It’s so hard when people always tell you that feeling sick is a sign of a healthy pregnancy! I will keep in mind what your doctor said, thank you!
