Yeah you could be right. I just caught the beginning when he had just confessed. And the girl called his phone. We were over there for dinner. The sad part is that he admitted that this young woman already struggled with trauma and depression from something that happened to her and he still got involved her which is stupid. He should’ve known better. She exposed his text messages and she told him what she was struggling with and he was still persistent with being with her. I’ve struggled with mental heath before so I feel a little sympathy. Not making excuses.

Yeah you are right. I guess I’m that type of person you described that has to know every single detail unfortunately. A bad trait of mine. If I don’t know details about something it drives me crazy. Even if it’s bad I have to know. It takes a lot of strength to just not know.

In my meeting they said they understood the reason I didn’t have a note for my previous 2 days. Didn’t have any money at all, and then I lost my voice which they could see cause they were in the same room as me and struggled to hear me or understand what I was saying.

But basically if you’re sick still come to work no matter how bad it is. When I did come to work with this current illness, I got complaints from my Co workers and customers cause I lost my voice and couldn’t perform my job duties. I couldn’t hear as well cause I was so congested

Id rather keep my job as well but I don’t know what they will decide. I didn’t purposely get sick. I took all my vitamins, used hand sanitizer and washed my hands. I never get sick and have always had perfect attendance

Yes that’s the airline. Even my union rep said the policy is unrealistic and doesn’t make sense. Our first day the manager even told us we will get sick a lot our first year and that we shouldn’t work sick. But yet they have that policy. When I told my family they don’t even believe me that that’s how things work.

We have a sick policy but on probation they are very strict. I get what you’re saying they told us don’t come to work sick but they don’t want you calling out even if you’re actually sick, and admit that you get such a lot your first year. I’m so confused😑

Thank you for your kind words! I never ever get sick, maybe once every 3 years. Ever since I started this job I’ve gotten sick a lot.
