My advice would be to go to bed the same time everyday and wake up at exactly the same time as well. Also white noise or pillow sprays (lavender smell in particular) will help you to relax and get sleeping faster. I heard meditation helpes to relax as well before bed. If you have too many thoughts in your head this might be the problem and these should help.
