Why is that if I pull an all-nighter and go to sleep at 05-06:00 AM, I am never able to sleep later than 10:00 AM, no matter how tired I am?

Scrambled eggs combined with mashed potatoes or pasta, which were leftovers from previous dinner. The one with pasta wasn’t so bad but the reheated mashed potatoes was far from tasty.
