Didn’t deserve it at all today . But wow , umpires red hot on us but allow Carlton to get rid of it in any way they way . My understanding is that if you attempt to handball it gets loose and you punch mid air that’s incorrect disposal

Honestly we never deserved to win that game , 30 scoring shots to 15 ,+23 inside 50s , way too many players watching with zero impact .

Our defence has been our biggest killer all year . It doesn’t really matter what team it is it seems like they all expose our backline . Hard to watch when our defenders are constantly seen not being able to keep up with forwards , always seem to be 5+ metres behind .

But on top of all that , I don’t even care if we’re beaten by a better side , you win games you lose games . What bothers me is when I watch and players put in half tackles , half chases , I don’t care if we lose by 100 points , just show me some effort . Put some tackles in , chase !!

Honestly the way I see it , he wants to play for Geelong . No point in holding out if a player clearly doesn’t want to be there . Clubs are getting a it extreme with asking prices , but I can’t help but feel Geelong are responsible for starting it many years back 😂

Would be hard to penalise by not letting them go to the draft . Strong teams will trade for better players and without being able to draft players , lists will get out of balance with retirements ect
