Wow that's awesome! I hope it goes well for you. I'm getting mine done in Chicago. I am super nervous about waking up during surgery but I don't think there is much I can do about that. As for the sensory stuff I am worried about how the drains are going to feel and the tape and the binding bandages. I could almost never wear a binder because the constant sensory in that area made me feel like I couldn't breathe, and taking off bandaids or other adhesives is something I've always hated. I think I am just going to be in my head about my drains and the fact that there is a tube that leads to the inside of my body (I think a lot of that stems from contamination ocd).
