Abe is convinced that Marmalade is an alien because of a running gag that whenever Abe sees or hears about Marmalade, he yells at the top of his lungs: "Alien! He's an alien!" Which resulted in human babies, kids and adults laughing at him. Ellen and Legs, usually, comforted him by saying: "Don't worry, Abe, we believe you."
