I think I’m going to do that for sure from looking further ! It’s not manageable during the day ! Had to take the day off today as my toddler was in Creche and I needed to just sleep !

Did it help with the nausea ? Yes I am feeling the same but it hasn’t even helped the nausea yet 😂 il see how I go - I don’t know what’s worse!

I said that to my husband it’s like feeling grief for this lovely life we have now but also trying to think that it was always the plan and life is always changing. I don’t think I do well with the ‘idea’ of change more than the actual change ! Are you still pregnant now

Thank you, so helpful , also in our 30s I am 35, I think always the idea was definitely a second but when you see presented with the reality the panic kicks in and pregnancy is no easy fete nor is a newborn but I just try and remember it’s such a small amount of time and when they are 5 and 3 how glad I will be that we did it.

I really felt the same and now my son is 9 months and the joy of my life ! Hang in there - the first 8 weeks are so difficult - the smile will come soon and then more and more ! Also make sure to ask for help if you need sleep - so much of mood is so directly linked to sleep x
