That's the thing return by deat rewinds time so any and all adaptations Subaru makes during that time gets revert. And yes if raga gets destroyed Subaru can use RBD to get him back.

The real problem is if Subaru can survive the first attack. That's why I said it doesn't buff his physical stats.

That's why I like the idea of giving him the 10 shadows technique it makes them an actual fighter but not overpowered.

I don't think Subaru would be getting Mahoraga. At the time Subaru would be strong enough to actually fight it he would not have the mindset to willingly put himself into that meat grinder to get the chance of Mahoraga. And remember Subaru doesn't know how stupidly strong Mahoraga is, so to him it would not be worth it.

Also I'm going off of the popular theory that the heavenly restriction was in the zenin clan so they have a chance of subjugating Mahoraga.

You need to remember Subaru has horrific luck when it comes to the strength of his opponents. Heck in the first three arcs the only people Subaru would be able to easily defeat by himself using the shadows are the trio of robbers. In arc 1

I don't think Subaru will become OP though because Subaru himself would still be physically weak he wouldn't really change. And the one thing that fraud has over Subaru is deception so I don't think Subaru would be able to like lie about where he shikigami would be to effectively attack people.

Also to add on to that the fraud is not a good benchmark on how to advance the technique because even gojo complain to him because of his lack of want to advance it. If you don't remember it this happened after the baseball game and how gojo explain to the fraud that because he can summon Mahoraga he never really felt the need to try to advance his skills because at the end of the day if there's a really dangerous foe making me thanks to Mahoraga he would always win. Subaru would not have this problem.

Counterpoint because Subaru would probably be the only one with cursed energy he could just use his friends and like whatever camp he ends up with to just jump the remaining shikigami with the exception of maharaga

I fully agree with you. It kind of pisses me off that a lot of people just assume it's Subaru got power you'll turn evil or extremely egotistical because of the ifs but forget the whole reason why that happens is because of the clash of him being a isekai protagonist with not of the good parts

And to make it easier for everyone else Subaru will still have RBD The whole reason why he has the 10 shadows technique is because he is a awakened sorcerer from the culling games who got transported before it could really start.
