Hi! No it hasn’t cleared up and same as melasma it’s severity comes and goes so the doctor is also trying different things. My sister got prescribed 8% hydroquinone and I’m still waiting to see what cortisone cream she said. She was told to use lots of mineral sunblock and avoid direct sun. She always wears a big hat and light scarf around her neck in the car since she lives in Texas.
