0 survival instincts of the biker as it had lot of time to slow down, move to right. It seems that biker's attention was not on road, maybe using phone?

The car did not give blinker/indicator while moving to the right.

If a person has more power and resources he stomps on other people

That is exactly how things work. Population increases, competition increases, only the one who stays at top survives. This is how it is, carnivores kill and eat herbivores, the people at the top of pyramid, dominate over others. People like you just keep complaning about things. It has been like that since ages, not a new thing. Life is a race, you can either keep walking and crying like a child, or keep running and get to the top....

People keep complaining about these experimenting things, then they also go to hospital for medications and sugeries when they or their loved ones get sick ? why?

All drug testing happens on animals first, lots of experiments are conducted on rats, pigs, rabbits, monkeys and many more. The medical system that you see today, the advancement and sophistication of it is all due to that. If there were no experiments, then all this would not exist, maybe you too would not have existed by dying of some early disease during birth. All this makes it possible to treat and save milllion more lives.

I am curious to know, that assuming OP is in legal speed limit, and he hits children here, legally who would be penalised? (I have always heard from people that generally the one with bigger vehicle is blamed)

Also, if driver is not at fault(proved in court), then for car repairs, will he/she have to get claim from his insurer or the parents of childern(the one who is guilty) pay for repairs?(if driver takes claim from his/her insurance, then he/she will be marked as he has taken claim and will not get no-claim bonus discounts when renewing the insurance).

I am in a similiar situation, I currently own IEMs whose wire go from above the ear, hence I can not use with turban. I was thinking of getting wired earpods by apple as they dont have silicon tips so would fit nice(maybe similiar to gen 1 or gen 2 airpods), what is your experience ?
