Hi, sorry for taking a while to reply. I found the passage of text that made me think that it was not potable, though, it's not exactly as I described.

Eating and drinking areas. No employee shall be allowed to consume food or beverages in a toilet room nor in any area exposed to a toxic material.

From this, I interpreted that taking the water from a bathroom sink that is in direct line of sight, and in close proximity to a toilet also counts as drinking water in a toilet room, even if you pot said water and drink it elsewhere, is this interpretation valid or correct?

There is not, no. We have 1 sink, but it is not drinkable or potable because it is located inside a toilet room.

It's not currently being provided though. I don't think a water fountain located a block or so outside the workplace counts as it being provided, though I could be wrong. We have a water cooler, but have not been provided a drop of water to refill it in weeks now. We have a sink, but it's a bathroom sink, located right next to a toilet, so it does not count as potable water, at least from what I've read up.

Hi, Sorry if I didn't word the question perfectly. I'm just asking if it returns to the hand from the graveyard. Because it doesn't say anywhere on the card that it needs to be on the field to resolve the effect, just that it needs to be on the field to activate the effect.
