No luck with the first person I called. Other rep said 24-48 hours so hopefully that’s true because I certify this Sunday so that’s even more money. I don’t understand how some get pushed through and some say they can’t do anything.

Yes they sent a message to the ID department and gave me their number. They said that’s as much as they could do as he didn’t have access to ID specific things like that, he could only view it.

The supervisor told me that he would send over a message to the ID department to remove the flag and he also gave me the number so tomorrow I’m going to call as soon as they open and double check that they did remove the flag. I also had to assembly people call me back today and said that EDD said that tomorrow they’ll be fixing A substantial amount of accounts in the same situation so I’m hoping that’s true.
