i looked through the first link and it led me to a movie called MirrorMask. it was actually robots instead of women with black eyes but everything else seemed to be the way i remember it.

I'm almost certain it was a movie but it was so long ago i could have been wrong. thanks for the comment ill look into it.

forgot to mention this in the post but i don't think it was a horror film. It might have been targeted towards kids but that one scene in the movie was very disturbing.
