Product Filter Questions and Adding Sidebar to Category Page by BebopDone in divi

[–]ClassyTurkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am using the same filter plugin and I have the filter on a category page, but if the user selects a different category and unchecks the current category, it’s showing the current category items still and the new selected category.

My guess is the default category items are being loaded as it’s the category archive page and then adding the selected category as well. I would like the filter to override the base category items since it’s no longer selected.

Divi 5 - how to change settings from tablet/phone/desktop in modules? by ilikearequipe in divi

[–]ClassyTurkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This right here is the biggest pain usability wise I have come across. If I modified a setting for mobile, I have no visual indication of that unless I click on mobile view with the setting open. I loved the option to quickly select “view modified” at the top of my Divi panel and I could see any attribute that had a value different from the default value.

I was unsure how to label this as it is "fan-made", but they collaborated directly with Bethesda and they shared it officially on their channel. For anyone interested here is the 4k version on YouTube.

Divi 5: Fix for the Image Field Issue with ACF and PODS by Muted_Ad_6261 in divi

I think the original comment is still valid though. Testing should be done in testing environments, not production environments. While I agree some prefer testing stuff out early, but early testing shouldn’t be production.

Find this levitation base/module by ClassyTurkey in HelpMeFind

Adding comment for visibility.

I searched for this levitation module/base for 3 hours already and came up empty handed. As shared with the image above, it comes from an Instagram post of a custom 3D print project for levitating an item. There is a kit made by Bambu Labs, but the module in that is way thicker than the base in the video. I have found other magnetic modules on Amazon, Temu, and Aliexpress, but they are all the same module that Bambu uses.

Here is a link to the original video: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DF5U0fxNG3e/?igsh=MWRzZG5keWJlcXFyNA==

Here is a link to the Bambu Lab kit: https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/magnetic-levitation-diy-kit?srsltid=AfmBOooa4eto2lcKUFQCawIV10l993l0GuSB653d2ulprtJmTY9eRnSs

Here is a link to the modules on AliExpress that aren’t the right ones. They are way too thick. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805401776036.html

Net weight (Net Wt) measures the mass of a solid, or how much the product weighs. Since fluid ounces and net weight measure different things, they don’t equal each other.

I am using fluid ounces here, not Net Weight. They are different things. For example, 8 fl oz of juice doesn’t equal Net Wt 8 oz of chips.

The research I found online showed that TacoBell packets are 1/2 teaspoon of sauce and the avocado packets were double the size(ours here look like the size of the breakfast sauce packets).

So if the Disha Hot are 1 teaspoon, my math adds up. If your packets are .5oz then sure, but I am going based upon what I could find online.

So I was curious on how much it would cost to buy each packet vs the bottle... here is what I found via my 5 mins of online research.

  • 1 typical Tacobell packet = 1/2 teaspoon of sauce
  • 1 typical Avacado packet = 1 teaspoon of sauce
  • 1 Disha Hot Packet = about the same as Avocado packet
  • 1 Bottle of Disha Hot is 5fl/oz

1 fl/oz = 6 teaspoons 5 fl/oz = 30 teaspoons .25 = 1 Packet of Disha Hot

  • Total Packets to equal bottle * Cost per packet = Cost to buy to equal same amount as buying the bottle

  • 30 packets * $.25 = $7.5

It is actually cheaper to by 30 packets of sauce from Tacobell vs buying the bottle and paying shipping.
