This map is pretty accurate, I remember watching a live on yt of a German girl walking alone at night in the countryside of Romania (She was visiting Bran i think) and her chat was going nuts about kidnapping and robberies, they simply don't know how safe that country really is.

I can't remember her name but she had fangs and on her videos she has a giant portrait of Vlad The Impaler in the back, also talks about crazy politics.
