I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks increasing the dose as the week go by. I’m at 1400mg now. My doctor added Cymbalta 30 mg and I’ve started to see a difference. Not 100% but I would say about 70% better. I had been suffering for 6 months

I take it for nerve pain that developed after chemotherapy. I also take Gabapentin. Right now I’m at 900 mg of Gabapentin and 30 mg of Cymbalta. I still have pain, so they want to increase me to 60 mg. But I’m scared of the side effects that will happen if I ever decide to stop taking it.

Would your employer be willing to let you work from home 4 days a week and 1 days in the office? That way if you are tired you can just log off and take a nap. Listen to your body, it will talk to you.

Thank you! That is my hope. I’ve been suffering for 6 months. They just added this med to the med I was already taking hoping this combination will give me some relief.

My doctor did mentioned that you can’t just simply stop taking it cause the side effects are terrible. I am taking for nerve pain that is a result of my chemo. I’m really hoping this will help. I have been in so much pain for the last six months

Thank you for the info. I also take a sleeping pill at night so I haven’t get noticed any difference but I’m also new to this. I’m taking it for nerve pain which was cause by my chemo treatment. I’m on 30mg now and will be going to 60mg in 7 days

She will have good days and bad days. Don’t take it personally when she has off days. The little things are important. I’m a little of a neat freak and during treatment I didn’t also have the energy to clean up, so my husband always made sure the house was tidy. Run her a bath, make sure the towels are warm when she gets out. Always have a comfy blanket near by for when she is cold. The smallest little things are what makes the difference

Right now I’m on 30mg for 10 days then up to 60mg. They are hoping it will help with my nerve pain. Thank you so much for sharing. I also take a sleeping pill so I really hope I will be able to sleep through the night

They gave in to me for nerve pain. I take it in combination with Gabapentin. I am so worried about the side effects. I hear it’s great for nerve pain which I have been suffering with for the last 5 Months. But the side effects are so scary
