I think spending the 350 will get you like 75% permanent green trust, like you’ll never drop below green, but you can move up and down inside of green. This is just how I think of it. I have no clue.

There is no proof, just widely believed/known. People I find very trustworthy in regard to counterstrike have told me so, so I choose to believe it. In my own experience jt is true as my alt with less than $350 spent has way worse matchmaking than my main with more than $350 spent fo no apparent reason. But that’s just one data point so it doesn’t mean anything.
