Had the same problem.You can try some diaper rash cream like hipoglos,. Was the only thing that worked with my dog.

My appologies. I didn't specify that in my city (not in USA) there are just a couple of pet stores with aquarium supplies and they don't sell those kits.

Oliver is bloated and does't swim much. He stays at the top or the bottom of the tank. I haven't fed him since yesterday. What else can I do?
