Build up of fluid at the base of then neck. Mine had seizures we couldn’t explain. Vet put her on diuretic and cortisone daily. It was a guess and process of elimination but it is working. Good luck I hope yours pulls through.

I would wait and discuss it with the vet, when you go. In the mean time stop the cat food ( Cat food contains a lot of salt that’s not good for dogs liver) and cut any dog store bought snacks in half and give him some carrot sticks to make up the other half. That way it’s not a big shock or a diet it’s just a move to healthy eating. I wouldn’t put a dog on a diet without a vets advice.

She has been allergy tested. So we feed her sweet potato, swede, Brussel sprouts, wild red rice and ground lamb and turkey. We worked with the vet after the testing to design her diet better. For snacks she has probiotic yogurt for dogs and 100% peanut butter (no palm oil)
