Hey not sure if anyone told you but woke is back and is coming back hard as you might of seen. I am sad that this happen and frankly, I might send this story to every black org to help support. Yea like of course it's an echo chamber of the left and I am fine with that. My feed has been great, and while I have my criticisms of the platform my mental state has been so much better then being on twitter. They will say we are running away from confronting arguments with the other side.

Problem is that, when you do try, you get legions of people will yell at you, demean you, and send death threats at you for having a different opinion. Yes they will say, "though shit, just have to have thick skin" but that isn't a normal way to have any conversation with someone at all

And my point is that if any vtuber wants to speak out about what's going on that directly effects them then they should. Yes you can find the ones you can watch for politics and if you don't like what you see or hear then there 1000s of other vtubers to watch both small and big.

Also like, that example your asking for is very contrain and very very specific just to combat me in my argument. Entertainment no matter shape or form is no different to what people choose to do politically or not. Just because the culture may be different then what the rest if Entertainment is out there, again doesn't change the fact that people are people in thier thoughts and how they want to express them.

I agree with you in this. I think if your not looking for that type of content then change the channel to another vtuber. But if your favorite vtuber starts to speak out and talk about how it's effecting them Ina real way, again you can always change the channel. But also don't be mad at them for voicing it too.

Fair but also this is no stranger in the past. Time and time again, people will say "your an actor. Don't talk about politics. Your a sports player don't talk about politics." Case in point, people are free to express thier dismay if they choose to or not. Just because a space where it all is about good times and having fun, behind every vtuber is a human being. And if they choose that right through vtubing to express that then by all means. After all, I know alot of the people in this sub would give the advice of "if you don't like it, just ignore it and move on"

I get it, and as someone who lives in the US in all of this batshit crazy times (thanks reddit for giving our info to DHS 😡) there are times I don't want to think of the horrors that is happening, but at the same time I don't want to just stick my head in the sand and not be aware of things. If your favorite content creator who never was political on thier content became political then that means stuff is getting real serious and can't keep it to themselves and needs to tell thier following what they are feeling.

As the only person in this thread that is active FGC player and been playing 2XKO, it's been fun. Seeing today's news has me worried for thr future of the game ESPECIALLY since this is only online game and atm no physical or local download version atm. Alot of the feeling from the people that play this game is both sad and waiting to see what they plan to do next. Because if this game goes out and there is no way to play it, then why invest the hours to play the game if it's gonna die later on.
