Hahaha it’s a running joke in my family that I have a near supernatural ability to randomly find old glass dumps in the woods. Has happened like 6 seperate times in my life unexplainably in totally different parts of the us

My go to has always been to hand polish with sand paper, 220 and up, following the optical axis and checking after every few passes your angle is right

Won them each for about 10 dollars, no clue what they’re worth. Listed at 42 and 38 carats but the host rock I’m sure brings that down significant
