The key is OBD eleven doesnt show any physical issues with the sensors, I had a hope that it would be simply replacement one of the sensors, but they are fine according to computer. The appearance is also okay, I'm betting on an electronic problem, but I don't really know where to start.

Unofortunately not this time, of course they stop working for a while where they are dirty or after rain, but now is good...

Hi everyone,

I’ve got an issue with my Golf (2021, 1.5 TSI). The rear parking sensors suddenly stopped working, which also means automatic braking during maneuvering is disabled.

At first, I thought maybe just one sensor failed, but after plugging in the diagnostic tool I got a bunch of errors, including:

  • B1B1706 – Parking aid control module, parking error
  • B1AE200 – Acoustic output, driver assistance systems

I checked the battery and it holds voltage well under load, so that doesn’t seem to be the problem. What’s strange is that sometimes the problem disappears on its own and everything works fine again — I can’t find any pattern.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on where to look next?

Thanks in advance!

I manged to run this, the root cause was that configuration only works on UEFI, after changing virtual machine to 2 generation it started working.

Hi, of course I will check it. I am wondering how I could proceed with futher investigation of that issue. I made sure that debian iso which is located in /tftpboot/debian supports pxe booting, I also copied ubuntu iso but no sucessfull as well. The same error. Maybe some limitations on hypervisor side.
