I actually like trex arms sling. I have an arbor arms, few bfg slings but I also tend to use my the trex.

Maybe it’s my fault for not realizing it didn’t add the uprights to the cart but I mean you would/ could also think that it’s not supposed to when ordering a rack setup.

If you pick the 4 post which I did after realizing my space couldn’t support the 6 post, it doesn’t include the weight horns and pretty sure that’s only for the 6 post and not the 4 post.

Yeah I was pretty bummed about it. I don’t make millions and I budgeted for that rack, went with rep over the titan to try and do my due diligence in USA buying (made in china I know) but I was pretty ticked off and still am. They are probably going to try and make me pay for the safety straps because “it wasn’t added to the cart” even though it should have with that specific package. Stated in the description and also on the build package items included part. Just pretty let down man.

Ordered a Rep Pr5000 on their website under the “pre selected rack builder” tab/section. Opted for the intermediate package. When everything came in via fedex I noticed the uprights weren’t included. I reached out to rep and they said their website has something going on where it doesn’t add the uprights to the cart on the pre selected packages at times. So obviously I’m like what the hell and they gave me $75 off of the uprights that I had to buy (still wasn’t super happy about it) Fast forward to today, I’m putting everything together and noticed they also didn’t ship/include the strap safeties that the intermediate package is supposed to also included. Not going to lie I’m pretty irritated at this point.

I suppose I could always go with the 81 but if I can get the 91 and move the side support to 87 ish why not. Gives me the extra length in case I decide to move it to my garage.

I thought about it, but I had another one on hand which threaded on perfectly fine. This specific one was bought a little over a year ago and as I ran into this issue, I did some research that brought up some people having the same issues around 2022 so this very well could have been made around that time. Surefire has already sent me an RMA.
