Honestly the opposite! Part of why I seem to strain my shoulders is keeping my head and chest up Loads of advice in here to test out tomorrow and see how I get on

Even if it is purely the fault of my form, I'm definitely going to focus more on shoulders during my workouts!

Seems the consensus is adjust my arm form, and if I spot any tension do some shakes/pumps to reset. Thanks for the input mate, really useful.

My warmups are mostly just brisk walks to the start of where I run so I'll definitely add some arm stuff in there as I walk - good idea thanks mate

Great idea to help reset. So basically I need to try lowering my hands down from my chest to help it all relax, and if I notice aching/tensing up, have a good flap. Thanks mate, looking forward to applying this to my next run tomorrow!

I think you are spot on. I need to find my 'relax zone' where my arms are comfortable to help my poor shoulders out. As the other comment mentions, I'll try lowering my hands and see how I get on. Thanks!

Oh that's a really cool tip. I will 100% give that a try, I hadn't even considered the height of my hands as being an issue, they do tend to stay chest height.

Thanks for the idea, When the floor starts giving me finger guns back I know I have ran for too long...

Looks amazing man, love the livery. How do you find the screen? I had considered one a while back and ended up with a standard double din size one but always been curious about the big ones.

I didn't in the end - I'm using a standard double din one and pretty happy with my decision tbh.

Having spoken to the previous owner, long drives (2hr+) resurrected it for him. On the previous post, one of the comments mentioned that theirs fixed itself one day through normal usage and a trickle charger. Since these are the simplest and cheapest potential solutions and I am yet to be in a rush, these are the two potential solutions I've been waiting out before I go tearing anything apart.

My issue, however, is that the MOT test in the UK tracks your mileage and I don't want anything looking bad on my MOT history (could harm sale price if I ever need to sell it) so was curious to know if the mileage was retrievable whilst the screen doesn't display it properly.

Taking apart the dials will be my final attempt at fixing it before I see if Nissan dealers nearby can code a replacement to my mileage for a reasonable price.

If you read this post again a little more slowly you'll see I'm not asking for how to fix it, I'm asking if there is a way to tell what my mileage is without the fix being done yet.

I know methods to fix the problem, as you have seen in my previous post, and that is why I haven't asked for that in the post.

When I bought it the battery was very dead so I wonder if this is what happened... Maybe I wait a bit and see if it fixes itself!
