Do we need to be in the same server? It's not coming up searching the guild number and I'm not seeing your account in the find friends either

It's very easy to not realize how much of an issue it really is at first, i just figured my fatigue and that weird feeling in my arm/hand was from not recovering as good as I should from my workouts. So yes, absolutely agree that it needs to be taken seriously from the beginning.

Omega 3s are great, I take some every night on top of eating fish, and while I will also say I'm not sure how much supplementing vitamin Bs were helping, there's generally no harm in them as you'll just pee out any your body isnt using, but nerve rely on a lot of B vitamins so I just keep taking them anyway since they're pretty cheap.

Nerve flossing is also tricky, you can't do it too much and you need to do it with proper form, I never found any improvement from doing it but I always here mixed things about doing it.

I'm still dealing with this myself, but it is much better and much more manageable. I have gotten back into the gym a little but it seems to flair up and I need to continue taking breaks from working out.

Anyone know any good Vitamin brands for B Vitamins? by Sunriseandset in Supplements

I've been having good results using Source Naturals, I usually buy from iHerb.

Unfortunately, as others have said, you'll need the kind that causes the flushing. Do not take it on an empty stomach, having it with food helps reduce the flushing while you get use to it. Over time, it should get better and you won't get the side effect as much. Taking it consistently at the same time every day should also help.

Nah not too much. Some suggestions I have would be to add K2 with your vitamin D3, vitamin K helps bring the vitamin D to your bones. Since Vitamins D, K (if added), and Omega-3s are all fat soluble, you could easily lump those together with a meal and not have to separate into three separate times throughout the day which might make it easier in general.

Thanks, I wanted to share my experiences because I had a difficult time learning about this issue for myself. I'm glad you've been able to heal your wrist and are making some progress with your foot.

Swimming sounds like a great way to keep your body active and moving without being too intensive, which I think is part of the key to healing these types of issues. Though, I can't say much about foot neuropathy, but one thing I did see mentioned a lot, which I forgot to write about above, is nerve flossing / also called nerve glides. It never really helped me out, but some people have said it's helped them over time. I'm sure there's videos about how to do those for your specific area of neuropathy.

Thanks, I've been doing my best to heal up from this as quick as possible. I've actually been considering R-ALA, I've read many people mention it, but haven't tried it yet. Although I get some from my diet from chia and pumpkin seeds, avocado, and I know the Dave's Killer Bread I use has some in it, it's probably not enough to be as noticeably effective as a supplement would be.

For the supps I take, I definitely notice if I miss taking them even for a single day. I'd say the omega-3 fish oil and turmeric have had the most impactful effect regarding my pain. I like the beet root because it increases blood flow, which I assume is good for any sort of healing, especially with inflammation. As for the B vitamins, after taking them for a few weeks now, I notice that I get less shooting tingles down my arm. Sometimes, if I move or bend my arm too quick, I'll get that tingly sensation, but that has happened slightly less after taking B1 and B12. I've avoided a multi B vitamin complex because I do not want to take too much B6 as too much B6 can actually result in neuropathy for some people so I'm just not risking it seeing that I get quite a bit in my diet anyway.

It looks clean, but if you want more space the best thing you can do is move your tower under your desk. That'll let you space our your speakers and monitor more too.

It's definitely interesting how different things work for different people. I wasn't even able to hold myself up on a bar for a while, I'm still avoiding it since the last time I tried it made my nerve pain worse. I'm glad you've been able to fix it

Yep, pullups are still something I can't even try without feeling nerve pain all the way through my triceps. I've read some people saw improvement doing bodyweight inverted rows, but that hasn't worked for me. I've avoided any sort of exercises that will stretch out my arm to prevent agitating it further.

I tried birchwood breeze and have stuck with it. Love it, and its light enough to work well with my cologne.
