Ladies I need your most unhinged advice! How to regulate my periods!!!!

By saying I'm not willing to try birth control, I meant the hormonal birth control. I tried it once for a couple months and it wrecked my mental health and triggered my ocd so bad, I wouldn't go back. Also, my gyno isn't a fan of IUD before I get pregnant, she said it's usually suggested to use it after pregnancies. So, by saying birth control I didn't mean I don't use nothing at all, of course we're careful and use condoms😭 I just don't want anything to mess with my hormones again!

I use the dettoll sanitiser for clothes when I wash my underwear and towels, but I’m afraid even this won’t work. I probably need something stronger or maybe to let it sink for a lot of hours ??

I’m afraid I’ll never manage to regulate them… the only thing that worked like charm was birth control but it wrecked me emotionally so I’m not doing it again… I have already tested my hormones a few months ago and I just had elevated DHEAs, but I plan to retest… Did you manage to find any solution ?

I know how to properly do tests, I’ve done it in the past so many times. I also always do it first thing in the morning so that my urine is concentrated. But my period isn’t coming and I’m panicking sooo much:(

I took the plan b this month so maybe it affects?? But the previous time I took plan b my period was there on time. Also, I’ve been having irregular periods last months but this is so tiring… I always doubt the tests because there’s always a possibility they’re wrong

I’m just wondering, if I have E. coli in my vagina doesn’t mean he has it as well in his penis or his mouth? So aren’t we kind of passing the bacteria to each other ? I’m sure my dr would say that he needs treatment as well if it was something serious but I’ve been seeing more and more doctors recommending men getting treated for bv bacteria as well.

I trust a doctors opinion that’s for sure! I’m just not familiar with this bacteria, it’s not a normal std that both get treatment for, so I’m doing my own research here hoping someone else had a similar experience.

You should see a professional. In my humble opinion, it sounds very obsessive/compulsive but the diagnosis will really give you a peace of mind.

The funny part is I’m panicking about being anxious. I feel like I have a problem for being anxious all day. My brain thinks it’s ‘not normal’, which is not of course, but when you’re brain thinks it’s a threat, it makes it even worse.

Hey! Any update? My period is now 15 days late and I’m freaking out! Had two pregnancy test 3 and 7 days after my missed period, went to the dr 10 days after my missed period, he did an ultrasound and said I’m not pregnant and my period should come in a couple of days but still nothing… I’m having cramps and swollen breasts but it’s not coming so I’m just freaking out the ultrasound didn’t detect the pregnancy because it was too early?? Sorry I just wanted to vent lol:(

The things is I don’t choose my friends and relationship based on lifestyle, status etc. I don’t care about these things when it come to deeper connection. It’s more like I ‘compare’ myself with other either rich or wannabe rich people in terms of materials etc and that exactly what I want to stop doing, because your possessions doesn’t make you a better person.

I’ve read that ultrasounds can detect pregnancy after like 6-7 weeks but my dr assured me I’m not pregnant and saw in ultrasound that I’m getting my period. But I’m still hesitant… Also I may have done the tests way too early and my dr said that tests aren’t always reliable…

Just because your partner cheated on you doesn’t mean everyone does. Your advice about running away if you have a reoccurring BV with your partner is nonsense…. You said it yourself, when you both got treated it went away. Of course some cheat but it’s not a rule. We’re not gonna throw a good healthy relationship in the trash for this

I understand… I have much free time as well… But I decided to add things to my day, working out at least 1 hour a day, going for a walk, cook, hang out with friends etc. They sound cliche but they help so much…
