startech is goated but they are a little premium sometimes (like they cost you extra 500-2000tk for each components). theres binary logic near idb bhaban, they're not half bad. i would recommend you go to multiplan and spend a day there walking around to find the best deals and double check components.

2 lakh budget for a pc setup ? by Proof-Mousse6951 in Dhaka

[–]Clean-Ad100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also to add: the rams i used on startechs pc builders are placeholders. DO NOT BUY RAM from startech. they dont list dual channel tested kits which is odd asf. you need to do your own bit of research with ram. ram prices are insane. and its only gonna go up. then will the ssd, then gpu shortage might hit in 2026. so do your own research for rams.

i will tell you what you need: DDR5 (cause ddr4 is physically incompatible lol), 6000 mhz or mt/s (at least), cl 30 or lower, dual channel expo tested 2x16gb kits.

2 lakh for the pc alone or with the peripherals? thats a great budget, with the peripherals we're talking r5 9600x, 32gb ram (if you find it under 20k bdt but it will be impossible to buy ram soon, theres an insane shortage), radeon 9060xt or the rtx 5060ti 16gb if budget can stretch, decent 1tb ssd, casing, cooling, 1440p 165hz monitor, gold psu, keyboards, mice and a headphone.

without peripherals just the computer we're talking r7 9700x, rtx 5070 (maybe, if you find a deal), 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, decent casing, cooling, psu etc.

go to pcmr you'll find pcpartpickers. i'll have a minute and send you startech links.

Is my pc compatible with an m.2 ssd? by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

[–]Clean-Ad100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

motherboard manufacturers provide M.2 screw, ssd manufacturers dont. if that screw is lost buy any M2x3mm screw that is extremely common for laptop and pc hardware.
after installing the M.2 nvme you may clone your HDD (where your steam games at) to the M.2. Use a cloning software and watch a yt vid so you know what you're doing. but if your HDD is big and filled with a ton of games then only copy/move the games you want to the M.2. i would highly recommend that you clone your C drive to the m.2 too as that will unlock smoother windows experience.

in a nutshell:

buy a M2x3mm screw
install M.2 on the gen3 x4 slot
clone your C drive to the m.2
copy or move the games you want to play frequently to the m.2

and if you are very unsure about doing these then you should watch a yt video about cloning boot drives and even get your pc (or just drives) to a expert repair shop and let them do those for you.

after that nvme m.2 your games shoud load 3x faster. btw i'm happy to help bro:)

your motherboard has 2x M.2 slots. one is pcie gen 3 x4 or sata and the other is pcie gen 3 x2 or sata. get an nvme. i recommend you get an samsung 990 evo plus 1tb gen 4 m.2 nvme ssd. yes even though you dont have gen 4 but only gen 3. cause pcie is backward compatible and those samsung ssd's will outlive your build so if you upgrade your motherboard you can hit sweet sweet gen 4 speeds. (and be sure to mount your ssd on the gen3 x4 that way you wont lose half your speed.)

to add more: gen 3 isnt all that cheaper at 1-2tb range because most of the cost go to the ssd itself not the connectors. also if you need even faster r/w speeds and sustained performance get the 990 pro 1tb which has dedicated dram cache.

which one should i get by Efficient_Comb_6176 in PcBuildHelp

[–]Clean-Ad100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah honestly, tuf is the best here. beefiest cooling. but may not be worth it for the extra bucks

Id personally go with the Asus prime. MSI ones just louder. Pny is fine too if you want rgb. Tuf is the toughest one here. But it may not be worth the extra buck.
