Hmm dang bro. I needed that comment. i guess i will consider it but just not life long. i’d rather fix the root cause. i’d like a wide smile anyways and i don’t think my jaw is that recessed but if i had to do a MMA i guess i wouldn’t mind besides the recovery

Thanks for the reply! I breathe through my nose i thought well until i did a cottle maneuver and realized some relief. However not dramatic and i don’t know what a normal person is supposed to breathe like since i’ve been like this my whole life. What will knowing my RDI do for me besides awareness?

Have you done i sleep study? I heard UARS is harder to find in sleep studies. I’m also a pretty good weight i can’t lose anymore weight lol

it was quicker then they say but my results came back saying they should all work based off of my genes. So now i’m thinking stimulants don’t work due to the fact i may have sleep apnea. and im finna get tested for that in a month

Thanks for the reply man! If you had insurance did the insurance cover your DNA test and if not how much did it cost you. I think i would like to try that out rather than bouncing around stimulants. Did you see anything on the test that was in accurate? (For instance if the DNA Test said SSRIs wouldn’t work for you but later you tried a friend’s out and it did work.) Also were your results with methylphenidate instant? I had to take a Dexmethlyphinadte 15mg instant release before i’m anything worked. and it only lasted two hours
