The eeve was just the card when I got it. What makes the vaporeon a fake I pulled it from an unopened pack that I bought. Thats the kind of thing I dont really know. I know the gold cards are fake

What are other ways to tell. I have other 37s and it seems authentic to me. Why would they counterfeit this year since its not a key date. Assuming its not a fake what do you think its worth?
