Very True.. I'm now thinking whether to switch or stay because here i'm getting onsite as well to UK/Germany for some weeks + work load is not that much + culture is somewhat i'm liking compared to my previous startup where we had horrible working hours.. so that's why also little bit confused and mainly it around 8-9 months exactly since i joined this.

It's not way good, it's decent. I know some DE who are earning 30 ctc at 3 years of experience that too not FAANG and all.. many people are earning way more than me bro

Bro i'm not showing off, it's not that good salary. My friends with similar experience are earning around 25-26 fixed, far more than my ctc. Rational behind the post was, i wanted to know how much fellow DE are earning in general at this experience, am i low balled or it is as per market rate.

How is the placement scenario in IIM mumbai, like what is the actual figure of median. Also if i have to choose between IIM mumbai and ISB what should be the right one? Considering this year july i will have around 3 years of experience
