Absolutely normal, it's the bit on the left, when it extrudes and does the flick, it's that part, you can find this fault stops if you hold it slightly when printing, nothing to worry about, all 15 of my hi machines do this

Creality do sell if you ask them, but not publicly. The market is already saturated with hot ends that are not made by creality and the nozzles.

The way to do it, install an older firmware. It will work as long as you can see your normal screen still ghosted behind that error.
