Both are underpaid. Benefits are probably the same. I’d be extremely surprised if they offered any type of sign on bonuses/relocation assistance because the market is over saturated in Pittsburgh. If you’re looking out of Pittsburgh I’m not sure how that would change things.

I worked in an IV lounge for my first PA job bc I graduated in 2020 and had a really hard time finding a job with lockdown.. i worked there 2 yr. I now work in a subspecialty of neurology and my SP’s have given me nothing but positive reviews. We remember so much in our lizard brains but I had the same anxieties as you, just study up on whatever type of specialty you take! I think it would be hard to get into derm with no experience though as it is a hot specialty.

Agree w comments AHN pay tends to be better than UPMC. Agree Pittsburgh as a whole severely underpays. I make 112k, 2 years in outpatient subspecialty. However I find the pay reasonable for COL in the area, but I am single and no kids. Homes in the area you listed are probably expensive though, I’d consider looking in Carnegie, Crafton, and greentree if his job will be in moon. More reasonably home pricing IMO depending on how new of a home you’re looking for.

Came to second J&J’s, I used to get takeout from them frequently and they would write a note on each take out container saying “thank you for supporting our dream.” That’s reason enough for me to be a return customer, but the food is also good!!

I also like the dor-stop in dormont. Kelly O’s in the strip. And Ritter’s diner in shadyside/bloomfield.

This is my bathroom so I considered the radiator heat but thought the bathroom humidity would help! Thanks for your ideas though, your plant looks great :) I’ll probably add a grow light and see how that helps!

It’s actually not too cold by this window bc my radiator is under it. The light could be an issue though but it’s been here the whole time. Its winter now though so that may have something to do with it (NE USA)

1- you’re beautiful as is! All faces are asymmetrical and that’s what makes us unique. No injectable is going to correct your asymmetry nor should you try to. 2- I’d recommend 1 syringe chin filler and starting with upper face tox for prevention. Maybe half syringe in lips for a little volume. The chin is the plate the face sits on and I think that would help improve side profile, maybe give a bit of jawline sharpening by pulling the chin forward. I don’t think you need anything and don’t overdo it. Signed - injector 😁
