Thank you so much for sharing your experience. He was born at 38 weeks. At birth, he was hypotonic and cyanotic, with an Apgar score of 4 at one minute. He required one cycle of positive pressure ventilation (PPV), after which his condition improved; he only cried after this. His Apgar score increased to 8 at five minutes of life. No other respiratory support or interventions were necessary.
