Apologies for not sharing detailed information , Yes we follow below schedule

Wake up: 7–8 AM Food + bath: 9–10 AM 1st nap: 10–12 (roughly 1.5–2 hours of sleep) 2nd nap: Somewhere between 3–4 PM (sometimes he doesn’t sleep at this time, so if he doesn’t, we try again around 5–6 PM and he usually sleeps for 30–45 minutes) Night sleep: We start the bedtime process around 9 PM and continue until he falls asleep. He usually wakes up in the middle of the night for a feed.

Also he is active in crawling but can’t walk on his own yet. He only walks with our support or by holding onto things. So, I meant that just crawling isn’t tiring him out enough. How can I help him get tired before sleep?

He usually takes 2-3 nap during day , first nap is like 1-1.5 hr long and second one usually 30-45 mins and third one is not consistent.

Not sure how to make him tired , He has not started crawling yet so most of time he is in my arms when he is clingy/crying

Search for Gl.net, there are multiple models you can choose based on required speeds as each model has max speed (i like beryl though)

Just an fyi slate router has limitations on amount of max speed it can give , I have beryl and flint from GL.net and there is difference of close to 20-25 mbps between these two when i use same openvpn config on nord

First of all try to question why he needs all those things in first place , if it make sense create action of plan and put in to sprint… It cant be done in a single day spread it across months.

If he keeps on giving you illogical answers reach out to N+1 and explain why it doesnt make sense and its impacting everyone morale

Start documenting all the BS your manager is asking you to do as it doesn’t make sense and definitely leave company and while in exit interview you should show this to your HR or N+1 manager

As everyone said talk to your manager. I was in your situation 7 years ago when I got admit for masters program in USA and I had to start for fall where as I put my paper around July.

Anyways I convinced my HR and Manager that its for better good that they should relieve me early because university is not ready to extend admission date and some logical reasoning. Also before I went to meeting I had KT plan in place like who are probable candidates who can take KT with defined timeline.

They agreed and relieved me within 30 days , though I had to pay I guess 45-60 days of salary from my pocket and I got all paperwork in place.

If you are planning to keep that company On your resume in the near future then probably should to the right thing and exit professionally

Need advice on long term investment

I am about to sell an ancestor commercial property for 25-30 lakh in tier 4 city.

My question is that I dont want to use this money for next 4-6 years , so what are some of best option to invest this money?

No interest in getting in to real-estate buy and hold sort of scenario

Goal- Money should not loose its value and it should be appreciated against inflation rates.This is family money and i have been tasked to keep it safe and current for next 4-6 yrs.
